Hello Beauties! My name is McKenna, and I am a freelance Makeup Artist based in New Jersey, close to popular venues such as Perona Farms, Bear Brook Valley, Mountain Creek, Skyview Golf Club, etc. I graduated from fashion school in NYC, but makeup is my true passion so I decided to pursue my own business in Freelance Makeup Artistry in 2013. I apply makeup for all occasions (weddings, proms, birthdays, homecoming, formal, TV, etc.) but, I specialize in Bridal Makeup. My goal is to make all brides and their loved ones look and feel their best on the most special day of their lives! I work alone or I have a team for bigger bridal parties! BRIDAL

Bridal Makeup usually starts with a trial appointment done in my in-home studio 6 months to a year before the wedding. The trial lasts 1 1/2 - 2 hours. We go over the kind of makeup you want for the big day, take before and after photos and discuss details for the wedding. The day of the wedding, I come to you for your convenience, I work alone or bring a team if needed! For more info click "Bridal Makeup."

BRIDAL MAKEUP

SPECIAL EVENT

Special Event Makeup is makeup for any event such as Birthday Party's, Prom, Corporate events, Recitals, and more. This application is usually a full face makeup application including; foundation, highlight, contour, eye makeup, false lashes, lips etc. This service can be done in my in-home studio as well as on-location for groups of 3 or more. This service does not apply to weddings! If you are in a wedding party or family to the bride, Bridesmaid/family pricing will apply to you. This service takes about 45 min.- 1 hour per person.

LESSONS

I also provide 1 on 1 makeup lessons for those who want to learn the basics of makeup, and how to apply it on yourself. Or you can book a group lesson with some girlfriends. I also provide 1 on 1 lessons for aspiring Makeup Artists. I offer different packages for Aspiring Makeup Artists. LESSON PACKAGES

SPRAY TANNING

Get a golden tan in only 10 minutes! No harmful UV rays! I use a Paraben, Gluten and Cruelty free formula!

My formula leaves you with a natural glow, not orange or too dark! I do offer a dark option for those that like a deeper color. I also have 2 scents to chose from if you want your tan scented!

Please note that makeup appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be made 48 hrs in advance and there is a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel day of then you will owe 50% of the service fee.

Communication with McKenna was superb from the start. Her response time to my initial inquiry was super quick and I booked her on the spot at my trial. You'll see from her Instagram page that she's pretty much capable of any makeup style desired - but she knew that I typically don't wear a lot of product and 100% NAILED my request for very natural, simple makeup. I am still getting compliments on how perfect my look was. We had a total of 9 people getting makeup done for my wedding and as a one-woman show, McKenna was timely, efficient and so wonderful to spend the day with.
